Who can use Buildo
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract under Indian law. If you order for a business, you confirm you are allowed to do so for that business.
You sign in with your mobile number and a one-time password (OTP). You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your phone secure. Tell us at once if you think someone else is using your account.

What we offer
The Platform lets you order construction materials (plumbing, hardware, chemicals, electrical, tools, and lighting and safety items) for delivery to a construction or repair site. Heavy and bulk materials are supplied on a schedule agreed with you.
We describe product details as accurately as we can. Pictures are for guidance, and brands, packaging and specifications can change. Where a product is packaged, the manufacturer’s details on the pack apply.

Prices, taxes and payment
Prices are in Indian rupees and include GST unless the bill says otherwise. Delivery and other charges are shown in the bill before you pay. The amount payable is calculated on our servers when you place the order.
Payments are processed by an RBI-authorised payment aggregator. We do not store your card details. An order is confirmed when your payment succeeds. If a price or stock level changes while you are checking out, we will ask you to confirm again.
We may cancel an order and refund you in full if there is a pricing error, stock is not available, or the site cannot be reached.

Delivery and receiving goods
Give an accurate delivery address, map pin and a contact number that will be answered. A delivery OTP is sent to the site contact. Share it only when you have received and checked the order.
Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered and the delivery OTP is confirmed. Check items on arrival and report any problem as the Returns, refunds and cancellation policy describes.

Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- give false information or use another person’s identity or number
- place orders you do not intend to receive or pay for, or abuse offers and refunds
- interfere with the Platform, attempt to access it without permission, or scrape or copy it automatically
- harass or threaten our staff or delivery partners
- order items for an unlawful purpose
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules.
ಸರಿಯಾದ ರೀತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಬಳಸುವುದು
ನೀವು ಇವುಗಳನ್ನು ಮಾಡುವುದಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ಒಪ್ಪುತ್ತೀರಿ:

- ಪ್ಲಾಟ್‌ಫಾರ್ಮ್‌ಗೆ ಅಡ್ಡಿ ಮಾಡುವುದು, ಅನುಮತಿ ಇಲ್ಲದೆ ಅದರೊಳಗೆ ಹೋಗಲು ಪ್ರಯತ್ನಿಸುವುದು, ಅಥವಾ ಸಾಫ್ಟ್‌ವೇರ್ ಮೂಲಕ ತಾನಾಗಿಯೇ ಅದರ ವಿಷಯವನ್ನು ಎಳೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದು ಅಥವಾ ಕಾಪಿ ಮಾಡುವುದು
- ನಮ್ಮ ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿಗೆ ಅಥವಾ ಡೆಲಿವರಿ ಪಾರ್ಟ್ನರ್‌ಗಳಿಗೆ ಕಿರುಕುಳ ಕೊಡುವುದು ಅಥವಾ ಬೆದರಿಕೆ ಹಾಕುವುದು
- ಕಾನೂನಿಗೆ ವಿರುದ್ಧವಾದ ಉದ್ದೇಶಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಐಟಂಗಳನ್ನು ಆರ್ಡರ್ ಮಾಡುವುದು

Intellectual property
The Buildo name, logo, website, apps and content belong to C V R INFRATECH or its licensors. You may use the Platform for its intended purpose, but you may not copy, modify or reuse our content or marks without written permission. Brand names and logos of products belong to their owners.
ಬೌದ್ಧಿಕ ಆಸ್ತಿ (ಹೆಸರು, ಲೋಗೋ, ವಿಷಯದ ಹಕ್ಕು)

Our responsibility
We take care to provide the Platform and the goods with reasonable skill. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, for delays caused by events outside our control, or for how goods are used after delivery. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any other law that cannot be limited by contract.
Our total liability for a claim about an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, to the extent the law allows.

ಪ್ಲಾಟ್‌ಫಾರ್ಮ್ ಮತ್ತು ಸಾಮಗ್ರಿಗಳನ್ನು ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯವಾಗಿ ನಿರೀಕ್ಷಿಸುವ ಮಟ್ಟದ ಕೌಶಲ್ಯದಿಂದ ಒದಗಿಸಲು ನಾವು ಕಾಳಜಿ ವಹಿಸುತ್ತೇವೆ. ಕಾನೂನು ಅನುಮತಿಸುವ ಮಟ್ಟಿಗೆ, ಪರೋಕ್ಷ ನಷ್ಟಕ್ಕೆ (ನೇರವಾಗಿ ಅಲ್ಲದೆ, ಪರಿಣಾಮವಾಗಿ ಆಗುವ ನಷ್ಟ), ನಮ್ಮ ಹತೋಟಿಗೆ ಮೀರಿದ ಘಟನೆಗಳಿಂದ ಆಗುವ ವಿಳಂಬಕ್ಕೆ, ಅಥವಾ ಡೆಲಿವರಿ ಆದ ಮೇಲೆ ಸಾಮಗ್ರಿಯನ್ನು ಹೇಗೆ ಬಳಸುತ್ತೀರಿ ಎಂಬುದಕ್ಕೆ ನಾವು ಹೊಣೆಯಲ್ಲ. ಈ ನಿಯಮಗಳಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಯಾವುದೂ, Consumer Protection Act, 2019 ಅಥವಾ ಒಪ್ಪಂದದಿಂದ ಮಿತಿಗೊಳಿಸಲಾಗದ ಬೇರೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ಕಾನೂನಿನ ಅಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಮಗಿರುವ ಹಕ್ಕನ್ನು ಕಡಿಮೆ ಮಾಡುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.
ಒಂದು ಆರ್ಡರ್‌ಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದ ಕ್ಲೇಮ್‌ಗೆ ನಮ್ಮ ಒಟ್ಟು ಹೊಣೆಗಾರಿಕೆ, ಕಾನೂನು ಅನುಮತಿಸುವ ಮಟ್ಟಿಗೆ, ಆ ಆರ್ಡರ್‌ಗೆ ನೀವು ಕೊಟ್ಟ ಮೊತ್ತಕ್ಕೆ ಮಾತ್ರ ಸೀಮಿತ.
Changes, suspension and ending your account
We may update the Platform and these terms. When a change is important we will tell you in the app or on this site. Using the Platform after a change means you accept it. You can delete your account at any time (see the Delete your account page).
ಬದಲಾವಣೆ, ಸಸ್ಪೆಂಡ್ ಮತ್ತು ಅಕೌಂಟ್ ಮುಚ್ಚುವುದು

Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Tumakuru, Karnataka have jurisdiction, without affecting any right you have to approach a consumer commission that has jurisdiction over you. Please contact our Grievance Officer first so that we can try to resolve the matter.
